terminal policies & Restrictions
The Terminals are currently operating under MARSEC Level 1.
- No Access to anyone under the age of 18.
- No vehicles may be left unattended on terminal property except in the designated parking areas.
- No vehicles are permitted within the terminal fence line unless they have been approved access by the terminal FSO and Vessel Management Company.
- No one is allowed to walk on the wooden pier structures for any reason or at any time.
- All personnel accessing Talton Marine Terminal properties will abide by Federal, State and local laws.
- All personnel accessing Talton Marine Terminal properties will abide by facility regulations concerning safety and security.
- No personnel are permitted to work from the terminal property (parking lot, concrete pier, wood fender system, wooden bulkhead) without prior written authorization.
- No personnel are permitted to work from the terminal grounds (parking lot, concrete pier, wood fender system, wooden bulkhead) without prior written authorization.
- No personnel or equipment will enter onto or occupy the wood fender system, or the wooden bulkhead areas.
- No one is allowed to fish on Talton Marine Terminal property or in the waters surrounding the facilities.
- There is absolutely NO SMOKING on Talton Marine Terminal property.
- There is absolutely NO LITTERING on Talton Marine Terminal property.
- No personnel or contractors are authorized to place equipment on pier or terminal premises without prior written approval from the facility FSO.
- No vessel or vessel management company is permitted to store equipment or oversized waste/debris on facility property.
- No vessel or vessel management company is permitted to dispose of hazardous material or oversized waste/debris in the provided dumpsters.
- No vehicles, trucks, cranes, lifts or equipment are allowed on the piers without prior written authorization from the terminal FSO.
- NO ALCOHOL or ILLEGAL DRUGS are allowed on Talton Marine Terminal property. All alcohol will be confiscated, and any possession of illegal drugs will be reported to local police.
- Contractors / Sub-Contractors / Vendors must be on an EPIC-approved access list to enter and traverse the facility grounds.
- Contractors / Sub-Contractors / Vendors must submit a current Certificate of Insurance to Talton Marine Terminal's Facility Manager/FSO prior to their arrival at the facility.
- No individual will be permitted access to the facility without presenting two (2) of the following non-expired forms of identification: State Issued Driver's License, State Issued Identification Card, Federally Issued U.S. Passport, Federally Issued Transportation Workers' Identification Card (TWIC), Federally Issued Military Identification Card, Federally Issued Department of Defense Identification Card.
